I have conducted TSM health checks and quick starts involving all aspects of TSM. Sole RF engineer for 16 Navini 2.6 GHz (MMDS/ITFS) base station transceivers which incorporate fixed phase array antenna, smart antenna technology, and traditional network technology for more than 6 years.  My architecture is based on an end to end Cisco network comprised of 7000 series routers and 5000 series switches currently servicing more than 2200 users and spanning a geographic area of 5000 square miles.

Responsible for the daily operation of the data network for the largest burn trauma center in the Southern United States.  Maintained the strict governmental requirements such as secret clearance, and compliance with Federal Regulations - HIPAA (Risk Assessments) and DoD Regulations – DITSCAP.  Responsible for the deployment of 5000 IBM workstations throughout the hospital environment. 

 

Duties included hardware integration of teleradiology, telepathology, GE Pac system, Optical patient record management, Server management, printer management, SAN management.  Responsible for desktop management according to strict government regulations.  Created and maintained complex IBM Tivoli (TSM) scripts for disaster recovery.  Created and extensively tested win install packages to deploy applications and updates throughout the hospital.  Worked side-by-side Active duty Army personnel to develop some of the most commonly used applications in the United States Medical Command.  Assigned to the position of document management engineer, Developed and maintained the document management systems utilizing Fortis document management servers.
